We always buy a Dixie Direct Card and enjoy loads of discounts from the companies who advertise via this discount card. One of the discounts was for the Brigham Playhouse. So, we bought tickets to see "Forever Plaid." This is a very cozy theater and they bring drinks, snacks and ice cream right to you in your seat!
We love Tuachan Theater and have been to many of the Broadway Plays that are performed there.
This year we got tickets to see The Beach Boys. We managed to escape the rain and enjoy an evening of the amazing talent of this group. They even did a few songs where they backed up a recording of some of the deceased original Beach Boys.
I was having a problem getting Windows 10 loaded on my Microsoft Surface PC so we planned a trip to Las Vegas to visit the Microsoft store. While we were there we went to see The Terry Fator Show. He is the amazing ventriloquist who won America's Got Talent. We found it astonishing that he actually sings better when he sings as the puppet!
The part of the show that had us "in stitches" was when he selected to join him on stage this gentleman who was celebrating his 47th anniversary. He is not hiding, he is waving to the crowd.
When we are in St. George we always make a trip to Zion National Park.
We made it an easy day. We took the shuttle and to the Temple of Sinawava stop and walked The River Walk.
The current is much stronger this time of year so there weren't any hikers in The Narrows
Mark was trying to text a photo of the Narrows to nieces Hailey and Harmony who hiked the Narrows when they visited us last year.
We finished the day with a nice dinner at the Zion Lodge.
That is it for our month in St. George. It's now time to leave this beautiful Red Rock Country.
Due to a last minute car repair we had to eliminate our stop in Logan, Utah. It was a long trip but we made it in one day to Glenn's Ferry, Idaho.
