Mark always plans great stops for us to enjoy lunch as well as some great views. Here is a quick video of our lunch stop.
There are excellent bike trails all over McCall and especially around Lake Payette. Here is a photo Mark took from the bike trail.
We enjoyed some very scenic golf in this area.
McCall has some wonderful restaurants. Here is a view from our deck top patio table at McCall Brewing.
One day we just took a ride along the road that borders the lake and enjoyed the scenery, the fresh air and the smell of the pines.
We ventured out to Cascade Lake in Cascade, Idaho to play the local golf course. The course itself is not special, but the views are jaw dropping. Here is another instance where the photo doesn't do it justice.
One day we took a ride north to Riggens, Idaho. Once again the rivers are full of water from the melting snow on the mountains.
And the River Rock Café in Riggens did not disappoint with this unique Braided Pizza. We had so much we took it home for another meal!!
But wait, I almost forgot the best part. We got a prime spot in the McCall RV park which faces the mountains and the flow into the river. Here is a short video of the view from our motorhome.
Our stop in McCall was terrific, lots of golf, great restaurants, a beautiful campsite and wonderful weather. Now its on to Spokane, WA for our two month stop at Deer Park RV Resort.
