Trip to Cody, WY

Here is another update that shows how the trip is as much about the journey as it is the destination!  It's early June but there is still plenty of snow in the mountains!

We truly experienced the snow melt when we stopped for lunch with an amazing view!

 

You don't really get the full perspective until you can see the size of these falls with Mark on the side taking a photo with the camera while I am taking this photo with my I-phone!

 

Here is a short video to share with you the wonderful sites and sounds of our lunch stop as we view and listen to this great flow of the snow melt as it travels down the mountainside!!

 

We traveled a little further and just had to stop when we noticed there was an RV pull-in with a sign for "Shell Falls!

Its not just these two stops - all along the way we followed the river - what a beautiful drive!
